Shabbat Groups are back for 6-9 year olds!

From the Shabbat Teen Leaders:
We are excited to announce that groups are coming back for 6-9 year olds! During the pandemic, we weren't able to run our children's services, but after much interest, we are starting them back up again with formal tefillah and Jewish content. A schedule is attached below. While this service is officially for children aged 6-9, children of all ages are welcome.

We will still have our tots service for ages 2-5 as usual, but it will take place in the group rooms instead of upstairs. Masks will be required while in the groups rooms. See you on Shabbat!

9:45 - Groups begins in the groups rooms (masks required). Children play in the rooms as a critical mass arrives.
10:15 - Tefillah begins. One group for 2-5, one for 6-9. a range of tefillot are sung, with the children taking a leading role. Parsha may also be discussed.
10:45 - All groups move outside for snacktime and free play. Children of all ages are welcome to participate in games led by groups leaders. Stories are read and some children may choose to go to the main minyan for the end of davening. 
11:20 (ish) - Groups is over; parents come pick up their children. 

**Kids not with groups or teens are the responsiblility of their parents. They should not be roaming the shul hallways or in the kitchen/closets.
