Shabbat, Jul 5th 4:30p to 5:30p
Led by Ziva and Jonah Hassenfeld and others including Rabbi Samuels Join us this summer for Torah Treks, a weekly Shabbat Parent-Child learning experience exploring Sefer Bamidbar, the Book of Numbers, through the lens of journey, challenge, and discovery. Together, we’ll study key episodes in B’nei Yisrael’s wilderness wanderings and leadership struggles and reflect on how their ancient paths speak to our own. Each session includes accessible learning for grades K–7 alongside their parents or grandparents, with interactive Torah study, activities, and community bonding. We'll gather at shul and, on select weeks, take our learning outdoors for a guided nature hike—bringing Bamidbar’s spirit of exploration to life. -
