For years, Gene & Peggy have been producing high quality fish delicacies for the kahal during Simchat Torah day. Have an Aliyah, and then come grab a schnapps and some fish! This year, with the help of a new crew, we have not only produced the highest quality herring in a few flavors, but also are producing ceviche and other delicacies for your enjoyment!
